Crispy Potato
Ingredients:
- 3 medium boiled potatos
- Black pepper crushed 1⁄2 tsp
- Salt 1⁄2 tsp or to taste
- Garlic powder 1⁄2 tsp
- Rice flour 3 tbs
- Cornflour 3 tbs
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbs
- Cooking oil for frying
- Paprika powder
Instructions:
- In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.
- Add black pepper crushed,salt,garlic powder,rice flour,cornflour,cooking oil,fresh coriander & mix
until well combined,reserve half of the mixture & transfer to a piping bag.
- Divide the dough into 3 portions,take one portion & roll out with hands into a thin log then cut into 1-inch small size piece & press with fork.
- In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
- Sprinkle paprika powder & serve with tomato ketchup!
- On a baking paper,pipe out prepared potato mixture through a wide hole making a ring like shape.
- In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame
until golden & crispy.
