Crispy Potato Image

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium boiled potatos
  • Black pepper crushed 1⁄2 tsp
  • Salt 1⁄2 tsp or to taste
  • Garlic powder 1⁄2 tsp
  • Rice flour 3 tbs
  • Cornflour 3 tbs
  • Cooking oil 1 tbs
  • Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbs
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Paprika powder

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.
  2. Add black pepper crushed,salt,garlic powder,rice flour,cornflour,cooking oil,fresh coriander & mix until well combined,reserve half of the mixture & transfer to a piping bag.
  3. Divide the dough into 3 portions,take one portion & roll out with hands into a thin log then cut into 1-inch small size piece & press with fork.
  4. In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
  5. Sprinkle paprika powder & serve with tomato ketchup!
  6. On a baking paper,pipe out prepared potato mixture through a wide hole making a ring like shape.
  7. In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
  8. Sprinkle paprika powder & serve with tomato ketchup!
