Ingredients:

  • 5 medium tomatoes
  • Water 1⁄2 Cup
  • Cooking oil 1⁄2 Cup
  • Chicken mix boti 750g
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 & 1⁄2 tbs
  • Green chillies deseeded & julienne 5-6
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 & 1⁄2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1⁄2 tsp
  • Yogurt whisked 1⁄2 Cup
  • Fresh coriander chopped
  • Ginger julienne

Instructions:

  1. Cut tomatoes in half & place them in a frying pan.
  2. Add water & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes,remove tomato skin, discard & let them cool.
  3. In blender jug,add tomatoes,blend to make puree & set aside.
  4. In a wok,add cooking oil & heat it.
  5. Add chicken & mix well until it changes color.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add green chillies,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Add puree tomatoes,mix well & cook for 8-10 minutes or until oil separates.
  9. Add salt,black pepper powder,garam masala powder,mix well & cook for a minute.
  10. Add yogurt,mix well & cook until oil separates.
  11. Garnish with fresh coriander,ginger & serve with naan!
