Ingredients:

  • Chicken Pieces
  • Yogurt
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Spices (e.g., cumin, coriander, paprika)
  • Lemon Juice
  • Red Food Coloring (optional)
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken pieces in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, lemon juice, and food coloring (if desired).
  2. Let the chicken marinate for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Skewer the marinated chicken and cook in a tandoor oven or grill until fully cooked.
  4. Serve hot with naan or rice.
