Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken Pieces
- Yogurt
- Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Spices (e.g., cumin, coriander, paprika)
- Lemon Juice
- Red Food Coloring (optional)
- Salt
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken pieces in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, lemon juice, and food coloring (if desired).
- Let the chicken marinate for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Skewer the marinated chicken and cook in a tandoor oven or grill until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with naan or rice.
