Shakshuka
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes
- Red Bell Peppers
- Onions
- Eggs
- Garlic
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Chili Flakes
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Sautee chopped onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
- Add diced tomatoes and red bell peppers. Cook until softened.
- Season with cumin, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Make small wells in the mixture and crack the eggs into them.
- Cover and cook until the eggs are done to your liking.
- Serve hot with crusty bread.
