Shakshuka

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes
  • Red Bell Peppers
  • Onions
  • Eggs
  • Garlic
  • Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Chili Flakes
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Sautee chopped onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
  2. Add diced tomatoes and red bell peppers. Cook until softened.
  3. Season with cumin, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Make small wells in the mixture and crack the eggs into them.
  5. Cover and cook until the eggs are done to your liking.
  6. Serve hot with crusty bread.
