Ingredients:

  • One cup of rolled oats
  • Half a cup of peanut butter (or any other kind of nut or seed butter)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • One-fourth cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of chopped nuts, like pecans, walnuts, or almonds
  • One tsp vanilla essence
  • A dash of salt

Instructions:

  1. Rolling oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, chopped nuts, dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a dash of salt should all be combined in a big mixing bowl.
  2. Stirring constantly, the ingredients should come together to form a thick, sticky mixture.
  3. Roll the mixture into tiny, bite-sized balls using your palms.
  4. To firm up, place the energy bites on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
  5. After refrigerated, move the energy bites to a sealed container and keep them in the fridge for a maximum of seven days.
  6. Savor these wholesome and tasty energy bites whenever you're in the mood for a quick snack!
